Tajintech Inc. prides itself in providing exclusive, quality merchandise. Availability of merchandise may vary from the Tajintech warehouse and the online store on tajintech.com. If you are unable to locate a particular item that caught your attention on a previous visit to our website or if you have any questions concerning the availability of a particular item, please contact our Customer Service at 240-462-0487 or info@tajintech.com. We will make every effort to fulfill your requests whenever possible.

We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer that we believe would violate any of our business practices, applicable laws or policies. We also may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

The Tajintech Inc. products prices displayed at the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars first and are valid and effective throughout the world. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, the particular technical specifications and settings of your computer and its display could affect the accuracy of its display of the colors of products offered on this Site. STANDARD RETURN POLICY

At Tajintech Inc., our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly at 240-462-0487 or info@tajintech.com. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within ten(10) business days of receipt of merchandise.

You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued after 10 business days from the date of purchase.

How to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact us first at 240-462-0487 or info@tajintech.com to discuss the situation and see if it qualifies for a return.
  2. Place the original package into a shipping carton.
  3. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
  4. If you received a label in the email, print the label and tape it to the carton.
  5. We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  6. If conditions are not met, Tajintech Inc. reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not more than 15%.

TERMINATION

These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or tajintech.com. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. tajintech.com also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Tajintech Inc.’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of the Agreement by either you or tajintech.com, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of use or otherwise.
